GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The company reserves the right to cancel the supply of a given product if it detects that it does not meet internal quality standards. In this case, GALPI will contact the customer to offer an alternative.

If it is not possible to supply all the products requested in the order due to a lack of stock, GALPI will contact the customer to offer different options:

The choice of an alternative product, with similar characteristics to the product to be replaced.

Estimated time until product availability.

Cancellation of the purchase.

Transport conditions

The cost of transport will be free for purchases with a minimum amount of 600 euros (excluding VAT) provided that the standard delivery times are met, urgent shipments are priced separately.

The goods travel at the risk of the purchaser, even if they are consigned carriage paid, and must be checked and examined before acceptance of receipt. Breakages, shortages, losses or delays during transport must be reported to the transport company at the time of delivery and to GALPI afterwards. The customer has a period of 24 hours from receipt of the goods to make the relevant claims for breakage, missing goods or other damage to GALPI ([email protected]).

Returns

Returns that are not communicated and accepted by GALPI will not be accepted. Communications must be made through the assigned sales representative or by e-mail ([email protected]).

Custom-made colours are non-returnable, except for defects not related to the colour requested.
