LOBO AKRIL MATT ELASTIC
High quality elastic paint, with a matt finish and great resistance to exteriors. Easy application allowing thick layers to be left on the surface. With fungicide and algaecide additives that make it highly resistant to atmospheric agents, fungi and algae.
Its elasticity means that even if small cracks appear on the substrate, the paint still protects it perfectly, insulating and waterproofing it.

It’s recommended you prepare the surface properly, eliminating traces of old paint and using an acrylic fixative to prevent detachment after application of the paint.
If the wall was contaminated by fungi and algae, it would have to be prepared first by cleaning it thoroughly with bleach and then plenty of water.
The duration of the protection will depend, among other factors, on the thickness of paint applied. As such, it’s a good idea to apply several coats of the product to ensure lasting protection.
The fungicide and algaecide additives are of such a nature and are in such a concentration that they do not present any added hazard. Just take the usual protective measures.
No special safety measures are required as it is a water-based product, except for the essentials:
- Do not ingest the product.
- Keep open containers out of reach of children.
- Maintain good ventilation when applied indoors.
