Specially designed as a coating for facades, forming a totally waterproof but breathable layer, with great adhesion on the substrate and with fungicide-algicide protection. In interior applications, top quality semi-matt finishes are achieved, with high wear resistance and fungicide protection.
LOBO AKRIL AK-1 MATT WHITE
Matt plastic paint formulated with acrylic polymers suitable for the decoration and protection of facades and outdoor floors. Specially formulated for surfaces that require waterproofing and have exposure to friction. Contains fungicide and algaecide for durability outdoors.

It’s recommended you prepare the surface properly, eliminating traces of old paint and using an acrylic fixative to prevent detachment after application of the paint. If the wall was contaminated, bleach first and then plenty of water.
The duration of the protection will depend, among other factors, on the thickness of paint applied. As such, it’s a good idea to apply several coats of the product to ensure lasting protection.
The fungicide and algaecide additives are of such a nature and are in such a concentration that they do not present any added hazard. Just take the usual protective measures.
No special safety measures are required as it is a water-based product, barring the essentials:
- Do not ingest the product.
- Keep open containers out of reach of children.
- Maintain good ventilation when applied indoors.
